Pursuant to Article 54 of Ordinance No. 95-20 of 17 July 1995, amended and supplemented, relating to the Court of Auditors, the program and reports committee (PRC) adopted on Wednesday, June 6^th,2018, the 2018 annual report.

This report prepared in accordance with the provisions of article 192 of the Constitution is addressed to the President of the Republic, the President of the Council of Nation, the President of the National People’s Assembly and the Prime Minister.

It sets out the main findings, observations and assessments resulting from the Court of Auditors’ investigations, accompanied by the recommendations it considers should be made, as well as the replies of the officials, legal representatives and supervisory authorities concerned.
